Nicoles is 8 years old!

We had just a small party for Nicole's 8th birthday. The dinner she wanted to eat was Tiny Spicy Chicken and fried rice. I added lettuce wraps and won ton soup. It was good but a lot of cooking to be had after a long day of clinicals. She got (for the whole family) a wii and some games, and for just her, some $$, cool things from Grandma Jane and Grandpa Ted and a pink camo backpack for her swimming stuff from Mike and Tina. We had a relaxing fun evening. Nicole was so excited to see the wii that she couldn't stop freaking out, hence the very blurry picture :)
