Goodbye dear Jeep...

Sunday on the way home from San Diego, Scott and I were talking about what to do with the Jeep. It was wearing out, getting kinda junky and we really didn't want to sink any money into it. We decided to sell it. Yesterday I posted it on Craigslist. Within 5 minutes of the posting going up I get a call. And another...and another. Over 20 calls within an hour and 2 people coming to look at it with 2 others who wanted to but couldn't come yet. We sold the Jeep within 2 1/2 hours. Cash in hand, title signed and notarized and keys handed over. Of course we just wanted it gone so we offered a great price with full disclosure of all the things needing to be fixed on it, but it was like steak being thrown to a bunch of starving animals. I was mentally exhausted after it was over. So the Jeep is now in the hands of someone who will care for her, if she doesn't throw them into the ditch first. That "death wobble" in the steering at 40mph was something else!
